NEW OSHA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AS OF JANUARY 1, 2015

Starting as of January 1 of this year, OSHA has new reporting requirements in place regarding who is responsible for keeping records of workplace related accidents and injuries.  Previously, museums, historical societies and other cultural institutions were partially exempt.  However, under the new rules, your institution may now be responsible for keeping these records.  For more information on OSHA reporting requirements and to see if your institution is no longer exempt, click here.
