STOLEN STRAD FINDS ITS WAY HOME

After disappearing 35 years ago, a stolen Stradivarius has found its way home.  The violin in question is the Ames Stradivarius, and belonged to noted violinist Roman Totenberg.  Unfortunately, Totenberg died three years ago, however, his daughters, including NPR’s Nina Totenberg, were able to claim it in the name of their father.
